Why are we using the CDN instead of installing bootstrap?
Also, is bootstrap the most common used as opposed to MateriaUI?

If anyone gets the error 'Install failed. Could not find addon with name: ember-cli-sass' when installing SASS, make sure you already renamed your app.css to app.scss first :)

Hi, I'm unable to start the application with npm start or ember serve, it just serves up the blank page with the following error message.
Error occurred:

- While rendering:
-top-level
application

page-title.js:13 Uncaught Error: Decorating class property failed. Please ensure that proposal-class-properties is enabled and runs after the decorators transform

I'll tried searching in StackOverflow, but most of them are outdated and does not work. Did anyone face this kind of issue before ?
