എന്റെ സിസ്റ്റര്‍ 01/09/2010 മുതല്‍ 14/03/2017 വരെ ഒരു സ്ഥാപനത്തില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്തു. ഈ കാലയളവില്‍ ആധാറിലും, പാന്‍കാര്‍ഡിലും, ബാങ്കിലും, ജോലിസ്ഥലത്തും റീത്ത ജോസഫ് എന്നായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് അഫിഡാവിറ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കി, പത്രത്തില്‍ പരസ്യം ചെയ്തും നോട്ടറി അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് വഴി ഭര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ പേര് ചേര്‍ത്ത് പേര് മാറ്റി മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥാപനത്തില്‍ രണ്ടാമത് ജോലിചെയ്തുവരവെ കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം ജോലി രാജിവച്ചു. രണ്ടാമത്തെ സ്ഥാപനത്തില്‍ ജോലിക്ക് പ്രവേശിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ സ്ഥാപനത്തിലും, ബാങ്കിലും, ആധാറിലും, പാന്‍കാര്‍ഡിലും പേര് മാറ്റി റീത്ത ജോണ്‍ എന്നാക്കിയിട്ടാണ് പ്രവേശിച്ചത്. ആധാര്‍ നമ്പറും, പാന്‍നമ്പറും, ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് നമ്പറും മാറ്റമില്ല. ഇപ്പോള്‍ PF widraw ചെയ്യാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഇപ്രകാരമാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത് - The bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UAN (with different demographic details) if these UAN's are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UAN's and link them with your aadhar for transfer of your account to the present one.
