Solution:
just grab the bottom left match stick making it five, then move the match to the equal sign making unequal sign.

It is easy. Before i watch the video i understund that the answer is to move the top right stick of 9 and put it in 6 and becomes 5+3=8.

Actually, if u look from another angle, it's already 9=3+6. Which is correct. So u don't need to move any stick. (if I see correctly)
