'He's not a winner...' Basketball is a TEAM sport... John Stockton is one of the best Point Guards to ever lace up his boots. Leads the assist and steals categories by a RIDICULOUS margin. For those who say 'well he played for so long'... yeah... he did... However, he didn't start his first couple of seasons and his last couple of seasons... so basically a solid 15 years as a starter... he led the league in assists and steals EVERY SINGLE SEASON he started. He never won a ring. He didn't win an NCAA Championship. Still a first ballot HoF player. Russ AVERAGED a triple-double for multiple seasons... if he doesn't deserve to be in the Hall of Fame as a PLAYER who does?
