Bale, it was in a ucl final, the goalkeeper actually dived, it was further away and it was harder to execute since the ball was going a lot faster from Marcelo’s cross and bale didn’t have time to prepare when the ball was going slowly from Carvajal’s cross which gave ronaldo time to react

Bales was savage, the cross was way faster then carvajals, bale scored from farther away + in the UCL final vs Liverpool and the goal keeper Ronaldo scored vs was a 40 year old while the goal keeper that Bale scored vs was 27.

You could argue that the goal keeper Ronaldo scored against was gianluigi Buffon (my favourite gk + best of all time) but even tho he is my goal keeper goat, the points for bale overway that fact.

Ronaldo’s bicycle kick was with the ball momentum going away from him, and didn’t hit it on the top of his foot, but exactly on the spot where you would hit the ball if you were right side up (top, inside foot). From behind the goal angle Buffon was expecting it to go directly behind the player like most bicycle do, but Ronaldo’s went the opposite side into the very bottom corner of the net
