Thanks for your video, lots of information to absorb. Regarding customer service, are you using your private phone or do you set up a phone, email, etc for your business. Do you provide your customers with a phone number to call or just email? Do you set customer service hours or 24x7? Most of the Etsy tubers gloss over support and its importance. As if, magically, you just list an item and get paid. I'm glad you pointed out the importance of keeping the shopper happy, before, during and after they purchase. I had an e-commerce biz years ago and had to have an infrastructure to support customer service, which went crazy at Christmas, and boy, do customers like to complain if they don't get an answer quickly on their presents.

Also, what do you think about creating a multi-niche store focused on one product, say coffee mugs with designs from different niches? 😁
