Otto lure people in with low insurance rates. After getting your contact number they sell your info to agents working for the regular insurance companies and you get tons of phone calls. The rate is going to be as good as that insurance provider (allstate, farmers, progressive, etc) provides. Otto makes money by selling information of car owners, and not by selling any insurance product.

It's a scam. They sell your information. I have people robo calling me from Africa but the number shows local.

Enter false information into that database and dilute it with false data, if you want to revenge. Enter your lawyer's or procecutors' info in there instead, let them deal with it..
