100% brother, I totally agree with everything you have mentioned. I too have struggled with mental health in the past, and I started doing all of the things you said. Cold showers and ice baths, saunas, Qi gong, sun on my body and eyes first thing in the morning, daily exercise, and most of all 'living in the now' as Eckhart Tolley would say. That said, none of this totally eliminates the down days, however it helps you deal with them in a healthier way, and you learn that 'this too will pass' and that nothing lasts forever!

Shot bro. articulate advice and great reminders. 'Mental heath' is a well worn term and often holds scant detail of actual tools. Really appreciate the honestly and smarts. I'm divorced too. It's a deep scar that takes a long time to heal but I'm happy to say it does, and it turns out everything has a reason and a lesson. Onya. Mike
