I noticed the dear man had a clothes line strung up and a 5 gallon bucket to wash clothes in. He set up a mini apartment on a 4 lane interstate overpass. This is in the United States of America in 2024! He had a mattress in a bedroom area. I must say I was impressed with his ingenuity and grit. As inflation climbs the homeless population will continue to grow. Outlawing camping with a bulls-eye on the homeless will not help solve anything but it will increase the suffering of the ones on the street. Help not Handcuffs!
