Took some extra lean ground Noble Premium Bison, mixed with bbq rub and formed into patties. Grilled on the Kamado Joe Classic 2 at 400F about 5 mins on each side until 145F internal. Toasted sesame seed bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato, bacon, bison burger, caramelized balsamic onions, blue cheese and Shelby Spice Yes Ma’am Hot Sauce.
