Blondie performing Atomic live at Enmore Theatre in Sydney on 8 December 2010

Blondie emerged from the late 70's New York punk scene and quickly became music, style and pop culture icons selling more than 40 million albums. They scored hits with reggae, rock/disco, hip hop and pop songs bursting with great hooks and brilliant, ironic lyrics. 'Heart Of Glass' was Blondie's first US #1 in 1978 opening the floodgates to a run of 14 Top Ten US hits including 'The Tide Is High', 'Call Me', 'Rapture', 'Picture This', 'Rip her To Shreds', 'Hanging On The Telephone', 'Union City Blues' and 'Atomic', racking up a phenomenal five US and five UK number one singles.

Debbie, founding member & song writing partner Chris Stein and long-time drummer Clem Burke have just completed their first new album in six years titled 'Panic Of Girls'.

That's the way I always adored Blondie. I love her voice, love Chris Stein's guitar and all the stuff. There won't ever be another band like Blondie. Idols!

I 've seen plenty of versions of Atomic but I still think this is one of the best, despite comments to the contrary. Clem Burke on fire.

That guitar solo at the end was out of this world good.

Great highschool memories with her music, such a sexy great singer, her voice, every song was a hit back then! And yes, she's old now, so what can you expect, but still standing there and giving it her best! Applause Blondie, always a fan!

Blondie was and is still a great band. there one of the first punk rock bands.
they play at cbgbs with bands like the Ramones, Sid Vicious, velvet underground.
and she has a great voice. she is still sexy as well. there are so many bands that own there fame to Blondie. and Blondie was one of the first bands to rap in the late 70s

I will be willing to bet that nobody will be paying to see Selena Gomez, Justin Cyrus, or Miley Beiber when they are in there 60's.  LOL.  As for all you critics..you do realize they are all in their 60's right??   What do you expect??  If you do not like it, don't watch it, and go troll somewhere else.!!

It's sad what age does to human kind. Deb is my SHE-ro, and this was stellar to view!

Clem Burke gives a masterclass here. Shame they changed the arrangement not to include the bass solo in the bridge, having said that the guitar solo by the lead guitarist is like Angus Young.

I’m pretty sure most of you old farts that are criticizing Debbie here can’t even see your dick when you look down, and have accomplished nothing with your lives. At 66 I qualify as an old fart and can still see all of my dick, and am very accomplished give the girl a break. I watched the entire concert it was excellent.
