SBC 2020: Building Operations - Robert Rosier, TPEX International BV

TPEX is a Building Operations & Services company focused on the design, maintenance and operations of modern Smart Buildings. With our view to manage 50+ buildings from a single operations team in our remote Building Operational Control Center, TPEX provides a range of effective services focusing on maintenance, continuity, security, occupancy, well-being, sustainability, energy performance and related building services.

With the implementation of Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities TPEX manages the buildings proactively and can predict incidents before they actually occur. TPEX will become the one-stop-shop building operator, coordinating external technical partners on maintenance, security, energy, cleaning, reception, etc., in line with the high SLAs of the end-users of the building, while reducing the cost of maintenance and providing better customer satisfaction.

During the presentation, Robert will introduce a prototype of the Digital Twin Navigator based on the unreal gaming platform, in which the 3D Building Revit model is the canvas of daily operational activities and monitoring of the Control Center.
