A week or so ago I had some blood drawn on 'the inside of folding elbow at the Medical Center. Their tape fell off before I arrived home, there was still just a little blood so I placed one Nexcare 3M water proof bandage on place where needle went in. Long story short, NOW I CANT REMOVE THE BANDAGE!!. My skin is very fragile (since I'm older) and it feels like I can't get bandage off without bringing some of my skin with HELP... ANY SUGGESTIONS???
