I was kind of hoping for more than "Oh yeah, you should do them." and more of an over view of the process, tips, and gotchas to look out for.

Thank you Robert and David! This is very important. Code reviews isn't something I've ever been a part of because, unfortunately I've never worked anywhere that practiced code reviews. I appreciate the arguments David gave to start doing code reviews and practice ways and attitudes to adopt to make code reviewing better.
