In this video, I talk about how Ramayana and Mahabharata are not Myths but Itihasas. They are the history of India and Bharata.

We have to tell our kids that they are our culture. Our next generation needs to know the reality.

I have referenced the Dwaraka Underwater Excavation done by Dr. S.R. Rao of Archeological Survey of India and his team.
Dr. Rao was the pioneer of underwater excavation in India.

I talk about the Ram Setu bridge. I talk about the Kurukshetra battlefield.

I tell how it is a fact that Rama, Krishna and Mahabharata and Ramayana have happened. I give proofs of those.

It is so sad that a magnificent culture as indian is, it is constantly undermined by superstition and anti-science. It is UP TO YOU to give proof of historicity of Mahabharat and Ramayana, not the contrary. Science doesn't work like that. Mahabharat is a true source of dharma, philosophical knowledge, political etcetera... It is a treasure as is, and is a beautiful epic for all the humanity. Don't you see how massive is the greatness that already has? Is it necessary to push this craziness about historicity of it? All the world know already the value of ancient Indian culture, science, philosophy, mathematics, science, etcetera. Why ruin this reputation with silliness like that?

Mam, you forget to give proofs in your video. Ramayana and Mahabharata, are not myths neither history. It's a legend. And you only talk about a single thing, the ancient city of Dwarka, and I agree that the city of Dwarka was once flourished, but you can't make the whole Mahabharata event true. There is not single proof of Kurukshetra war. And talking about the word Itihasa, Ramayana and Mahabharata are called Itihasa, but the meaning of word "Itihasa" is different in hindi and sanskrit. The sanskrit word "Itihasa" make from two word "Iti" and "hasa" means aisa hua tha. Inhe Itihasa isliye kehte hai kyuki jo writer hai woh us samay waha present situation mein tha. Valmiki aur Vyasa dono Ramayana aur Mahabharata ke samay the, aur unhone jo dekha waisa unho ne likha. Is belief pe both epics ko Itihasa kehte hai, yaha pe Itihasa matlab history nhi.
