Longtime fan of Yoshiki back to X-Japan in the Hide days. Took my daughter to see Starset and Hyde was one of the openers. They had a new fan when we left that night...to find this treasure of a song. I feel every word, especially now when I am struggling a bit.

I wanted this version so much!! Hyde introduced the English version of ZIPANG first to us at his Japan ZEPP tour in 2018, and already from that point on I totally fell in love with this mystical song that is so deep and full with messages. After that he introduced the Japanese version as single. I really can't decide which version I love more, both are amazing!!! The English version in last year's shows however had something magical, with Hyde standing on the stage, bathed in red-orange light, singing this song so full of feelings, mostly with his eyes closed. I recently learned of Hyde and I’ve been listening to his songs in both the English & Japanese versions and he has an amazing voice. Truth is I’ve been incredibly inspired by how the language barrier has been completely crushed by him. I’ve been learning Japanese and I want to become a Voice Actor for Anime who is capable of doing work in Japanese AND English.
