Writing serverless app with AWS SAM - Java Version

Serverless becomes a popular and widely used technology for building modern apps. AWS Serverless Application Model is the open-source framework for building serverless apps which allows not only to build and deploy apps to the cloud but also write, debug and run them locally.

During the talk, I’ll show how to write a simple app that ingests data from the public API, stores information about loaded records in DynamoDB, write records into S3 and orchestrate the process using Step Functions.

Also, I'll show how to write AWS Lambda functions in Java and run some AWS services locally for debugging purposes.
