Meet Rita

Each night, when one of her girls were hungry, Rita would sing a heartbreaking lullaby to keep the pangs of hunger at bay:

‘Baby sleep, today we do not have enough. ‘Sleep today. Eat what we have for today. Drink water and sleep.’

Without ENOUGH food, Rita faced impossible choices for her daughters: who will eat, who goes to school, who will work.
This isn't just Rita's struggle.
