In this tutorial, we're diving into SoapCalc, one of the most popular lye calculators among soapmakers! As I say in the video, knowing how to use a lye calculator is very important (and empowering!) for soapmakers as it is useful for checking existing recipes, formulating your own recipes, and resizing recipes. In this video, we cover the following topics:

(by the way, I mention using an adblocker in this video, but ads is how soapcalc makes money, so I take it back! I definitely want to support this tool, but I just find the ads are so intense on this website that it makes it distracting and hard to use, as they are located around the entire calculator)
