How can I have my motherboard repaired

Mine got shipped with ink. Pulled this error. Broke it open and it was full of ink everywhere lol. Got a new one and kept the first one for free. Not sure there's much to salvage besides the head, catch tank, ink that's left, and mechanical parts. Sensors and board are most likely toast. How likely are the sensors and board to be ok? They are covered. I know a few of the sensors are done for sure. I am in no way an electrician i only know a little bit about a bunch of stuff. Master of none
