Dot is so hard to place, on one hand its always been Lance and Dot as rivals with lance being the stronger one by a decent gap because dots power level scales to his emotional state. Theres a time in the manga where dot gets so pissed off that you could easily argue him for 9 or 10 on this list. I personally love Lance and think hes overall stronger, but when Dot completely fucked up epidem (who lance struggled very badly against) with just a couple attacks its hard to place him in what feels like a right spot
