Comedian and actor Deon Cole is utilizing his time in quarantine to add another skill set to his resume. He tells Kelly Clarkson that he finally learned to use his DJ equipment and has been spinning records every Sunday with his favorite disco tunes. The “Cole Hearted” comedian jokes that everyone should pick up a new skill, given the extra time at home they have. Deon also dishes on his hilarious hunt for an assistant and the skills they need to have.

Blackish taught me about Juneteenth a few years ago and so many other things that seem to be ‘new’ to the general non-black population. If people just watched the show they’d learn so many important things. It does a great job of showing the real issues that exist for black folks. The educational episodes should be required watch for everyone!
