You are so right. A lot of countries and towns have a scary side. When I was looking to buy my house one realtor kept taking me to the worst neighborhoods. So I dropped him and started looking on my own. It took longer me to find the town I wanted to live in and a realtor there that I could trust. Now my wonderful little town is growing and my little house is worth three times what I paid for it. God is good.
