350 million naira indeed! What bank would accept this as collateral for a N350m loan? This house is not worth more than N130m when we apply the basic summation method of valuation - land and building neither is the underwriting value anywhere close to what she's saying. Apparently, value is arbitrary assigned in Nigeria with no economic basis. Somebody go just wake up say him house is worth 1 billion lmfao. Purchase this and see if you can recover N350m upon resale or cash that from the bank 😅.


Its 2023 and we still can't differentiate between personal and market value of an item. SMH
