‘Hope over fear’: David Crisafulli delivers victory speech after election win

Incoming Queensland Premier David Crisafulli has delivered his acceptance speech following a triumphant win in the 2024 state election.

The Liberal National Party has won a majority in the Queensland election with David Crisafulli to become the state's 41st Premier.

“Tonight, Queenslanders have voted for hope over fear,” Mr Crisafulli said.

“They have voted for a fresh start and they have voted for a majority LNP government.”
