There are 3 types of buyers in the car business:

The Traditional Buyer: Still has a flip phone, hasn't done much research, and takes some warming up to the sale at the dealership's physical location.

The Hybrid Buyer: They've done most of the research online and by the time they reach the dealership, they're happy to take delivery.

The Online Buyer: They do everything online, going to the dealership is their worst nightmare!

Often times a mistake we make is not asking them "when can you come by to take delivery of your new car?".

Turning these online buyers into hybrid buyers is very possible. How?

Stop sending them generic emails. Read and write those emails like the sale depends on it, because it does.

Don't just send them a simple quote over email. Instead, send them a sales worksheet, ask them to sign, and ask when they can come pick up the car!

THAT is how you create action, increase sales, and increase that bottom line.
