YULIESKY GONZALEZ
With a profound knowledge of both the history of Cuban Jazz as well as the Cuban popular music, and the influences of Classical European music as well as crispy African rhythms, Yuliesky Gonzalez has a fluent ability to write new Cuban Jazz, with an elegance and variation that makes the listener hold the breath in enjoyment. He is capable of lifting the compositions to a level of such quality, that even hardcore musicians get inspired by the innovative tunes.

Classically educated in Camaguey, the young trumpet player started early performing with big names like Omara Portuondo and Felix Valoy, from Buena Vista Social Club, Rolo Martinez from Cubanismo, Grammy winner Rene Luis Toledo, Alexander Abreu & Habana de Primera, to name a few.
His own band "Tierra Caliente" was established in 2010.

SALSA
With a young female singer, Elaine Perez, that has the potential of becoming a new Celia Cruz with her elegant voice and a male singers, Jari Rojas, who sings like a funky street kid. On the other hand is Lester Hojas, with his powerful singing and his ability for the improvisation. It also has a fine brass section wich is consolidated by the distinguished latin percussion and a sensitivity harmonic that makes this band one of the biggest in these times, in spite to be so young. This is "Tierra Caliente" that makes you feel like being in the best clubs in Cuba, giving an authentic music of a particular style and high level with a nice escenography and exquisite proyection. This is "Tierra Caliente" where they only say ... "THIS MUSIC IS JUST FOR DANCE".
The CD "Dime Rumbero" will be released in spring 2013.
