I think her response to the crowd was fair. American crowds are like this when an American home player is on court (e.g. When Americans booed Serena Williams in the U.S open final against Osaka...NO DIFFERENCE. In the press conference she spoke about "big yachts" and "big fat pay cheques." Just wasn't humble and modest..to be bragging about a $10 million dollar prize earnings (which no doubt she worked hard for) but just thought it was odd saying this when she has more money than anyone in the stadium. #bringbackmodesty.
