Gent hides embarrassment very well. IT experts probably are a bit younger these days and this gent did not do well.

Notice when he doesn't want to answer he looks at the prosecutor and then the prosecutor makes an objection! Very obvious!

This defense atty is questioning the officer regarding computers but has almost ZERO knowledge of computers.
Also, Scans don't create bookmarks malware does
& why this judge asks questions neither atty is asking is beyond me. He's having this officer going into things regarding questions that he sustained. I'm floored he's doing this. Judges are supposed to be referees calling balls & strikes not behaving like this. I've been watching trials for 28yrs, never have I seen a judge insert himself this way.

This is embarrassingly painful to watch, and I feel the judge is overstepping. This is gonna end in either a frickin mistrial or acquittal. What a waste of time and huge disappointment. I can’t imagine how frustrated the family must feel.
