This was definitely the decade of electronic. Things really took a leap with dubstep but all the EDM, house, trap, even hardbass... So many genres and sub genres, easily accessible music, millions of remixes, tons of YouTube channels and indie artists making it big, streaming services taking over and being cheap and amazing. Pop, hip hop, even movie and TV soundtracks are now laced with elements of electronic.

For anyone asking why San Holo, Illenium and others don't make an appearance is because quote: "They are remixes and we can't monetize the mix if we include them, plus we most likely wouldn't be able to get permission.

This was a really incredible decade. It was the decade which brought us into Electronic Music. But it was also the decade of Trap Music, which developed a lot. We saw so many great artists and this Mix sums it up very well!
