Most important thing I realized here is that not all the casino heist outfit unlocks come from selecting that outfit for the heist finale. Trash man isn't unlocked from the finale itself, but a prep mission.

I save the outfit in my interaction menu outfits and everytime i die or change the sessio the outfit despawns and the only thing she wears is a tanktop
