Taken Hydra in Season of the Splicer Mission

This Taken Hydra appears at the end of the first missions for Season of the Splicer, and figured some people might have missed it.
Could it be Quria (the Vex Oryx gifted Savathun)?

Definitely Quria, you can even see her arms folded in, the only Hydras that have arms are Quria and Panoptes

In the Destiny Grimoire Anthology, Volume I Quria shares a design similar to Panoptes, The Infinite Mind, that's not Quria in the video.

Why does this creep me out? Its just a giant hydra, maybe because of the size i dunno

more than a hydra it reminds me of a heavy GLI style of the fallen, its aesthetic is nothing like that of the spider-legged minotaur
