I broke in my Ooni 16 Koda tonight. I just did 6 in a row tonight with the same type of result. too! Except for the shape of my pies they turned out pretty darn good!. This guys dough stretching is excellent. I did homemade dough with a 2 day ferment. Looking forward, as is my family to more pizza nights!

Did you leave the heat on 100% during the cook process? I find my pizzas tend to burn unless I turn the heat to minimal or off after launching the pizza. Thanks!

I am a pizzalover and really in between buying a kamado or a dedicated pizza oven. The results look so much better from ovens like these. What do you prefer consedring the versatility of a kamado?
