By taking a top down approach we can heal our entire digestive system. Start with what we eat, heal the stomach next then move down from there. Their enzymes have truly improved my health. You should seriously drink Kombucha! It's amazing for sensitive stomachs. I have been drinking 16oz every other day for 2 months now and it has definitely helped with my stomach sensitivity.
