Victoria records 766 new local COVID-19 cases, four further deaths

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says there were 766 new local COVID-19 cases, and four further deaths recorded in the state.

“That brings us to a total of 6,666 active cases across Victoria,” Mr Andrews said during a media conference on Thursday.
