You Americans are losing sight to a nuanced discourse. There are more sides to a story. That is what needs to be thought! Not banning a certain story. I feel sorry for the children that don't learn about crt or whatever theory. This new 'stop woke act' is the same as crt depending on which 'side' you are on. To stop children (or anyone for that matter) to feel uncomfortable when they hear somerthing they havent heard before is ridiculous. Ever notice how Desantis never cites specific instances of CRT presumably taught in schools? Not one example.. just tells all of his followers with thirsty ears that it’s being taught and they all drink up without question.

A Florida judge on Thursday declared a Florida law championed by Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis that restricts race-based conversation and analysis in business and education unconstitutional.
Tallahassee U.S. District Judge Mark Walker said in a 44-page ruling that the “Stop WOKE” act violates the First Amendment and is impermissibly vague. Walker also refused to issue a stay that would keep the law in effect during any appeal by the state.
