Honestly this is the best Capoeira I have ever seen. The speed control and balance this man has is insane. His upper and lower body strength especially his core is astounding. The way he moves is so unpredictable but efficient you don’t know where he’s going to strike next Because he can switch his rotation or fake you out on a dime. Simply amazing.
