Bowtech JUSTICE Compound Bow Review

I test the Bowtech 2024 Justice. I shoot the Justice at 18m and discuss how the Justice compares to other Bowtech bows and other bows on the market. I discuss the price of the bow and why it is overlooked by many archers.

Do you not ship to the US? Just tried ordering a bow from your shop, but got a reply back saying you cannot ship anything over 105cm and will not disassemble for shipping. Is this accurate info? Thanks in advance. Good vids BTW

Thats a nice looking bow. I was never s fan of Bowtech's fancy riser. I like this old school riser!!!! You could always use a dogleg cable guard for tuning. If you need to tune turn up the draw weight or decrease the draw weight to match the arrow spine. Add point weight or decrease point weight on the arrow to adjust the spine of the arrow..

With the riser/limb fulcrum so far back on newer Bowtechs, aren't the limbs put under more stress over a shorter segment?

that bow if you move to draw stop to 28 1/2 left the drawing length module at 29 you would get killer holding way less of a valley and it would stop just a touch early you know

It looks to be a deflex riser. I'm not one to fiddle with the cams so I'm going to have a good look at this bow. If I can find one.

Had nothing but trouble with bowtech ss34 strings

It's a hard sell when it lacks the deadlock and has a simple cable slide. Here in the US the Darton Consequence is close to the same price but has a nice roller guide, better aluminum, etc. I do think the Justice is an excellent looking bow though.

You need to check out the newer Hoyt bows. You got a lot of info about them wrong.

Hoyt has a rotating mod that allows 1/4" DL adjustment. They also have an adjustable draw stop that offers 3 settings, 75%, 80% and 85%.

Thanks for the review!

My wife LOVES Marla, Steve!

Dear ATO, I can vouch for Marla's working prowess. She puts cattle dogs to shame.

For half the price of the Justice, I could get a Bear Whitetail INT with integrated mounting systems. The only thing I see that is good about the Justice is the reflex looking to be 0" - minus 0.5", but it's not worth an extra $600 when the Whitetail INT shoot much faster with an equally smooth draw cycle, and very well balanced.

Experience the same issue, Bowtech are on the long side wrt DL. My Bowtech I shoot 1/2" shorter draw length than my PSE.

I invented and patented a compound bow that does not require a cable guard. An arrow is nocked the same way an arrow in nocked on any other compound bow. View You Tube video "COMPOUND BOW NO CABLE GUARD" How can I get a review on the MODIFIED CAM TECHNOLOGY?

This bow you can't shim cams with huge spacers they have.i bought one and no way to tune it talked to my dealer he said they sent all theres back to bowtech cause can't tune them.i got my money back and got the commander same price with deadlock and roller guard mine tuned perfectly and live how it shoots

I'm surprised that without the dead lock, the cable guard can't be shifted left/right for tuning. Unless you can shoot bullet holes with this out of the box you are going to be needing a bow shop until you get it shimmed correctly for you. I shoot my Solution with the grip removed, just straight off the riser. I think its woeful when fitted. You can feel it depress and warp slightly and it creaks sometimes. Straight off the riser is much better, so what they've done with this bow I'd count as a positive. I'd be surprised if those limb pockets are aluminium. They are resin on the Solution SS and I find it hard to believe they are suddenly an alloy on a price point bow. Another thing you can do with these bows tuning wise, is long modding it - that's If you don't like the long user friendly fall into the valley in comfort mode and want to shorten up the dump at the backwall. Say you are a 28.5 inch draw, you leave the draw stop in that position but shift the mods to the 29 inch hole. It'll still draw like the 28.5 inch comfort mod position through the front and middle of the draw, but just the valley is made shorter with more holding weight. Sort of like a position half way between the comfort and speed setting if you flip the disc. Takes literally 2 minutes to try out and is basically a way of going from say 90% to say 80% let off. So to me you really actually have 3 mod/draw settings - comfort, target (long modded comfort) and speed. I wouldn't even try long modded speed/performance. I reckon as a hunting bow, one you setup once for one arrow and broadhead, it'd be great. But tuning it back and forth for field points and broadheads or different arrows without deadlock, quick and easy yokes or even a cable guard means breaking it down on a bow press for shimming which could eat up time and some of your savings if you are beholden to a bow shop for labour.

I shot 1 of these the other day and it shot nice but I’m almost certain the limb pockets are plastic I’ll stick with my bear bows half the price metal limb pockets

Save up and get the Core. No bow on the market has the adjustability. My SR is a rocket.

Honestly I am not surprised the bow it not getting a lot of looks...the riser design it rather ugly in my opinion. It has no style to it at all. The "ladder" look makes it appear cheaply made and from what I know about structural design, it does not look very strong either. You know as well as anyone Stephen, looks matter and no fancy color is going to make that riser design look any better !!

No adjustable cams? They have the technology and they want 1700 for this? That’s insane. I would never consider this bow.
