You can make the same bank shot over and over again using different English. It's how you shoot the shot.

I think what he was trying to show was, folk's would hit the first way in trying to avoid the double hit because of the angle and adjust their aim, thus missing the instead you should play a stun shot to ensure the cue ball stops and doesnt go into the path of the object ball and not need to adjust aim to avoid the double hit. #my thoughts

Angle of bank changes with speed of shot and English on cue ball.

Why show the first shot with the wrong aim angle? The effect of the stop shot would've been evident if you used the right aim and showed how the object ball would double back onto the cue ball. That would establish what the need for the back spin is.

Shot speed MAKES LITTLE DIFFERENCE - it's all about the angle. He hit the shot slightly more to our left... which is why it went it.

The span used is not what made the second shot go in it was the speed that the shot was struck at that made it go in not the speed you hit it too hard for the low spin to bite quick enough to even affect the bank on the second shot

You can make that same shot with any English or just Center on Cue. It depends on where Cue contacts object ball. Duh!
