I made this tonight and it was amazing. The whole family loved it. I did turn the heat down very low and gently fried the chicken then turned it up to crisp it as I had very large chicken breast pieces and didn’t want the butter to burn. It turned out delicious and the sauce was top notch. Will definitely be making this again soon. Thankyou so much for the recipe x
