Check if you need a UK visa:

Exemptions
You do not need a visa if you have one of the following:
a visa for Canada, New Zealand, Australia or the USA (this can be used for travel to any country)
a permanent resident visa issued by Australia or New Zealand
a common format residence permit issued by an European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland
a permanent resident card issued by Canada on or after 28 June 2002
a uniform format category D visa for entry into a country in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland
an Irish biometric visa (marked ‘BC’ or ‘BC BIVS’ in the ‘Remarks’ section)
a Schengen Approved Destination Scheme (ADS) group tourism visa where the holder is travelling to a Schengen country
a flight ticket from the Schengen area, if you can prove that you entered the Schengen area in the previous 30 days on the basis of a valid Schengen ADS visa
a valid USA I-551 Temporary Immigrant visa issued by the USA (a wet-ink stamp version will not be accepted)
a valid USA permanent residence card issued by the USA on or after 21 April 1998
an expired USA I-551 Permanent Residence card issued by the USA on or after 21 April 1998, with a valid I-797 letter authorising extension
a valid standalone US Immigration Form 155A/155B issued by the USA (attached to a sealed brown envelope)
All visas and residence permits must be valid.

The officer gave me a temporary visa on arrival because I had a US visa. I went to the hotel, and the next day I went on my flight (17-hour stay in London), so not to worry, but you must prepare documents like your overnight stay in London (hotel) and your next flight itinerary. As per the current rule, you will get a temporary visa for 24 hours if you have a valid US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand visa.

salaam dear brother. Thank you for an important video. My wife use wheel chair at the airport ( because of long distance). She is Canadian passport holder. On one ticket. Arriving into terminal 4 and taking off from terminal 2. Travelling alone. I have not bought the tickets yet. Do you think airline staff will push her wheelchair from 4 to 2. She normally uses Amsterdam airport for transfer. But ticket is cheaper via Heathrow. But we have to pay for safety and convenience. What is your opinion. Thank you. Allah Salamat rakha Aapko

My flight is delhi to toronto via(kuwait and london)
-First delhi (terminal 3) to kuwait(terminal 4)time 6.55 am to 8.50 am
Then stay (1.30 hour)
-2nd kuwait(terminal 4) to london (terminal 4) time 10.20 am to 2.45 pm
Then stay 3.30 hours
-3rd london (terminal 2) to toronto (teminal 1) time 6 pm to 9.55 pm

Hello, did you went through any Immigration/border control in between T4 and T2?
I see that you needed to show some documents at some Canada counter. but that is not border control/immigration, right?

Hello brother, great information. My situation is kind of similar, would appreciate if you could advise. I’m travelling to YYZ from BAH via LHR. I’m an Indian passport holder resident in Bahrain and will be travelling from here as above mentioned. There is a change of flight from Gulf air - air Canada and terminals Heathrow (T4) - Heathrow terminal(T2). From you Video I can understand that visa is not required however since I’m travelling from another country ( Bahrain ) but with an Indian passport, would I be required to have a transit visa in LHR ??
Note : I have a valid Canada visa and an onwards flight confirmed ticket as well.
Please advice ?

Brother i have valid Irish visa and GNIB card. I am travelling from Dublin to Islamabad via london Heathrow, british airways. I have single ticket and will transfer between terminal 2 and 4 at Heathrow airport. I wa vey confused regarding transit visa, and your video cleared doubt. ❤. Assalamualaikum, I am traveling from Lahore to Abu Dhabi to London heathrow airport in Eitehad airways and then my flight will be in Air Canada and my transit time is for 3 hours and the terminals are the same as yours, I have a student visa and so do I have to get transit visa of UK or not?
