I've started having 'phone-free' hours during the day to avoid distractions. I usually put my phone on silent or even in another room. If there is something urgent or my family needs to call me, they can still do so because their calls will still go through. However, the notifications are muted until I allow myself to check my phone again.... Does anyone else do this?? Anyway, thanks brother, great video! I've been waiting for this topic 🔥

I used intermittent fasting & even some water fasting to help develope some self discipline & stronger will power. Losing weight was just a bonus

There's this one thing that distracts me.. girls, because I'm kina lonely, and I enjoy being alone, but what's worse is that when i see a beautiful girl, and i often see one in my gym, I'll get so freaking distracted, i hate that part, it's so stupid people tell me, don't focus on girls be on yourself, yeah if it was that simple, i would... The monkey part of my brain sees a girl and instantly thinks about her tries to impress, thete is a girl who's kinda into me, but I don't need that...
