I’m sorry these don’t look good. I hate brown crunchy egg white. Plus broke one. Also every time I have bought ghee it was rancid cause no one buys it. Super easy to make clarified butter. Again sorry not trying to be a troll just offering my opinion.

Put that pan on super high heat and keep coating it with neutral oil until it’s black and slick! Good laud, that thang looks sticky as a MF’er!
