I have Hashimoto. Taking a daily pill for 14 years now, since the birth of my second child. The first 5 years I have been going up and down and medication constantly had to be adapted. Now 9 years I am very constant.
I must say that since 10 years I have banned most processed food, have become flexitarian and quit sugar intake. I can't say for sure that it is the reason that I can very easily live with it now, but I personally do believe that lots of sugar, fats and additives are absolutely devestating for any body but certainly for a body having to deal with thyroid diseases

I don’t have a thyroid at all. I have celiac so I can’t take a normal medication, I also have to get blood drawn every three weeks, it’s hard but as long as awareness is shared I’ll keep powering through.

Hypothyroidism here. Just hit menopause as well. Have been prescribed synthyroid. Of course, pharmacy fills as levothyroxine). Is there a difference in efficacy?…. Also, going to endocrinology appointment in next month or so. Any questions I should ask?! I know I need estrogen. Was told before that one other was low as well. But wasn’t mentioned at last appointment

I have secondary hypothyroidism from hypoplasia of my pituritory gland according to my nuero MRI sinceI have seizures. They thought I had an adenoma but when I found a new Endo she said she will keep that in my records until they do a pit. MRI to see if its actually an adenoma. Luckly my TS4 are fine but if I had a mass on my pit. wouldnt my levels be adnormal? Scary thought but I read worse case scenario pit. tumors are rarely cancerous. Thanks for reading
