Shredded carrot, diced scallion, crumbled tofu and some cooked rice mixed with a splash of rice vinegar and teriyaki or soy sauce. Wrap in rice paper and fry in skillet with coconut oil til Crispy and then dip in a peanut sauce is my guess but what do I know ?

i've made this before with different filings. they're really good. this is where that electric chopper that comes in handy, cuts the chopping and mixing time down to like a minute.
