This morning I was called to the standard chartered Bank customer service centre.as I lost money, because of your negligence....you executive Shreya said our escalation team will come only after 10.30 am ....you will get call back before 12 pm . I didn't get any response. Again 3 pm I called your customer care... another executive Seba told me our escalation team went for lunch..you will get called back before 5 pm .... this is customer service by standard chartered Bank..
