SBS in DC Celebration in DC | UMass College of Social and Behavioral Sciences

On August 1, University of Massachusetts Amherst students and alumni from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS) gathered together in Washington DC to celebrate the close of the second annual SBS in DC internship program. The event was an opportunity for program participants to share their experiences in Washington, and to meet with alumni and donors who helped make those experiences possible.

About SBS in DC:

SBS in DC is a program that connects UMass Amherst College of Social & Behavioral Science majors with UMass alumni working in and around Capitol Hill in Washington DC. Program participants will be matched with host internship sites for a 10-week summer internship, participate in an online class, and have the opportunity to network with UMass Alumni who are working in the area.
