What Exactly is Brookfield Asset Management (BAM)?

Brookfield is a massive enterprise that still confuses me to this day. Apparently, they own a big stake in the Canary Wharf Group, I didn't know that. I walked by there just recently without even realising I owned... probably like a quarter of a brick of that building. So in this video, I want to have a look at Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) which was recently spun off from Brookfield Corporation (BN).

I was looking at bam a while back and I liked that they were investing in infrastructure. Energy generation and road/bridge projects gave me an initial interest in the company. However checking their financial statements they gave little growth in net income as their expenses are huge. I may take a look again once their latest earnings come out. Good video👌🏻
