Effleurage was well said. As a French myself (born & raised) I valid the pronunciation 100%
Regarding the question about the position that causes back pain I think it's DOP, and LOA is the optimal position.
Thanks for these videos once again!

When I had my first, he was an emergency c-section and I don't remember any movement. With my 2nd, he was a planned c-section and it was such a weird sensation that I could feel the movement and the tugging but I couldn't feel any pain.

In 1971 my mother received a spinal block which caused my sister to develop cerebral palsy because when they gave it to her, my sister was already in the birth canal.

I don’t want an epidural at all had a bad experience with it before can I just get something administered through my IV for pain?

When I was in labor the nurse who put my IV was new and she poke me like 8 times and the needle was quit big so it hurt. The worst part was when they do the spinal for the c section and smt like fluid supposed to come out and the guy who did that was also new, he try like 3 spots still didn’t get the fluid out so they gave me Anastasia, so disappointed I’m scared to get pregnant now! How do I tell my doc that I don’t want the new nurses?

I didn't watch the other video but is the fetal position occipital something? I think it's where the baby's occipital bone is pushing on the moms sacrum

Sunny side up presentation will cause back pain. I had back labor with my first when I was 19. It was painful. I didn’t have medications. Dr said oh she’s coming out sunny side up.
