HAPPY SPRING! And sad spring... because IT'S ALLERGY SEASON! UGHHHHH. But here's some tips to help you (and me!) survive allergy season...!

Good vid, Cassidy. I get localized honey from my farmers market. Also, besides living off off ZyrtecD, my doctor told me to get this nasal spray called Nasal Crome..it does a really good job. Also, if you want to see how bad the pollen is, go to pollen.com and type in your zipcode..shows you the most active pollen for the day.

Sometimes your nose will run down your throat instead of actually coming out. If it runs down your throat, you might be prone to swallow it which can lead to a sore throat. That plus the itchy puffy eyes will make anyones day go sour. You can fix it by eating something spicy. The spicy foods will help clear your sinuses and stop the stuff in your nose from running down your throat. Bonus Tip: Some spices, like Cayenne and Red Pepper flakes for example, help build your body's immunity/ immune system.

Be aware that the rain will cause more pollen to stick to you; still take a shower.
I'm in WA State and my tree allergies are kicking my ass right now. Bleh. And I have allergy-induced asthma. Joyous.
Plus on the morning of the 2nd day of Spring I had the pleasure of scraping my windshield. WTF mother nature?!?

Allergy shot arent even worth it, they make you miserable and put a golf ball sized lump in you arm
